FERRELUX reserves the right to cancel a
product or service at any time at its discretion. FERRELUX also reserves the right to
refuse an order when the listed price is incorrect, due to
computer-related problems, pricing error, sudden shifts in the
consumer market or act of God. Furthermore, we reserve the right
to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or
of significant risk to FERRELUX regardless of payment method and price
confirmation. The company will also exercise the right to
refuse service to any customer or client. This rule mainly
applies when the company deems a customer or business client to
bear delinquent accounts, be a fraudulant buyer, a problem
customer or nuissance, or be a potential conflict of interest.
However, no customer will be discriminated against on the basis
of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation/preference, or
creed; and likewise, no organization representing or associated
in the advocacy of these issues and rights will be discriminated
against either. The company is an all inclusive organization,
which caters to everyone, and strives to perfect services to all
customers.
FERRELUX respects the privacy of all
customers and business clients. No personal information of yours
or a record of your transaction history with Ferrelux will be
shared with any outside source. Only upon your explicit
permission of action, whether verbal or written (preferred), will FERRELUX honor for that information to
be divulged to a specified party.
FERRELUX is a member of the following online network marketing families: California Astrology Association, Entertainment Earth, Best Buy, Buy.com, Commission Junction, Commission River Inc., Linkshare, & iCommissions, and therefore an affiliate of the products & services displayed respectively. The company only markets these particular consumer products and services, and are not the creators or generators of what is offered. For any further enquiry, or dealings, the customer must contact the Merchant responsible for the product or service.
FERRELUX cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items in the mail. Once an item or document is shipped, it is the responsibilty of the United States Postal Service to see that your mail is delivered to you. In the event of dissatisfaction with the service or product, the company is not obligated to reimburse the customer. Only under extreme and rare circumstances, will the company decide to oblige the customer if it sees fit.
FERRELUX retains the rights for all its publications, products, company logo, website design, files, and listings. The company's intellectual property is prohibitted from being remanufactured, reduplicated, or copied for redistribution, sales purposes or any other reason. If the company deems that its copyrighted documentation and/or products has been violated, the company will seek the appropriate legal action against the individual(s) or entities involved.
FERRELUX reserves the right to change its
services, policies and products at will without notice. The
company truly values its customers and constantly aims to please
them, by improving the quality of service. If you decide to do
business with this company, you must understand and accept the
terms without prejudice. If you are in doubt or have any further
questions, don't hesitate to contact.
Rules Regarding
Marketplace Advertisers/Merchants:
Your username should be carefully chosen, for it will be your Seller ID/Storefront. You have the right to offer a physical or downloadable product for sale, even it is something you personally created. Also in such case if it is your own created item or invention, it is wise to have it copyrighted or patented and discretely state that in some way in your ad if you so choose, and be sure that if a curious person does a search for it in those government databases, you are infact listed. You may also offer a common labor service or specialized service; one referred or personally administered that you legally have the right to, and can furnish a verifiable professional license number or certificate if challenged. Be sure to visit the FAQ or Knowledgebase pages for pointers or solutions on many helpful topics including building your business.
You may have multiple accounts within the marketplace if you are using other services or need that extra account space for another business. It is however, unadvisable to use multiple accounts for the same business activity simply because you can opt to gain a desired account feature by signing up for a merchant account that will offer what you are looking for. Simply send a support request for the account upgrade.
You may
edit/update your banner advertisement anytime, just contact
support with the new link or file. Ferrelux may opt to change the
terms of your offer at its sole discretion. You are required to
keep your paypal, bank account info, credit card & contact
details accurate and up-to-date as a customer or consumer where
fees or vendor payments are concerned. Although advertiser and
merchant seller account prices are typically set at a “locked
in” standard rate each year, Ferrelux may raise or decrease
your subscription cost and/or fees at its sole discretion. In
such a case, you will be notified in advance. You may cancel the
service at any time, which would be effective after the last
calendar date within the month you cancel. This will result in
all ads concerning your account being removed from the site.
Depending on the timing, nature and circumstance of your
cancellation, you may be refunded the unused portion of the
subscription cost at our sole discretion.
Remember, if you are selling a service or item that falls under a
specified state or federal code or statute make sure you have the
required license or approval certificate to offer that product or
service. Such information should be visibly stated in your ad or
show an insignia authorizing you to deal it. No illegal or
offensive content in your banner or other ads is allowed. For

here. We may
contact you about a suspicious listing. Questionable posted items
may be deleted. Ferrelux may review your ad and modify it to meet
company standards. Ferrelux may opt to feature your banner,
product or service ad elsewhere around the site in its marketing
efforts.
The condition of items sold to customers must be exactly as stated in your ad. All service transactions with customers must be clear, fair and trustworthy. No trickery or fraudulent activity will be tolerated. Excessive substantiated negative feedback will result in your account being suspended, or possibly terminated. Your product & service must comply with marketplace rules if you are to sell on this venue. Any breach in this agreement may result in your banner and other ads being removed from the site, or your account being disabled or perhaps totally being banned from the site, and if necessary, legal action being taken against you.
Lastly, it is
solely your responsibility to observe whatever tax laws you are
required to observe regarding your personal or business income.
Revenue statistics of your marketplace sales can be accessed
within your account.
All purchases
through FERRELUX
are conducted through Paypal.
Old
payment links for obsolete products or services will not be
honored and funds will be returned.
Personal Customer or Vendor information is never shared with a
third party
Ferrelux
does not send unsolicited emails, offers, etc, to anyone. Such
communication is to be deemed fraudulent.
If you have been contacted by someone posing as this company, do
not attempt to do business with the person(s) or click on the
bogus link.
Instead, contact Ferrelux directly by forwarding the email, and
it will be investigated.
